- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Neuro stepdown and cardiac telemetry experience required; post MI, cardiac caths, angiograms, dysrhythmia management, pre/post hemodialysis, renal failure, procedural sedation 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be current and valid 4. License: Active SC or multistate license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; 1 year of Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend requirement; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; 6 weekend shifts per contract 8.
