Cases: Post-sternotomy patients (CABG, valve repair, aortic dissection), carotid endarterectomy, lobectomy, mediastinoscopy, cardiothoracic procedures, and vascular patients with extensive co-morbidities; devices include CRRT, ECMO, IABP, Impella, Centrimag, VAD, PA catheters 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Associate degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred 6. EMR: Charting system experience preferred; specific system name not provided 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12-hour shifts; every other weekend required; self-scheduling; patient ratio 1:2 days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
