Cases: PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown experience required; Pre/Post Cardiac Cath; telemetry; stable vent experience preferred; IV therapy, phlebotomy, and blood product administration; central line care, trach management, CPAP/BiPAP, chest tubes (Emerson/PleurEvac); cardiac monitoring, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, titrating cardiac drips; PCA and heparin protocols, IV insulin, endocrine/metabolic conditions 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; CPI, NIHSS, and Trauma preferred (marked with asterisk); must be AHA or equivalent 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; Pending license accepted only if candidate holds a single-state license from a non-compact state; Active license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 6:45p-7:15a (nights); floating re-evaluated every 4 hours, traveler may float 2-3 times per shift; day shift may float at 11a and 3p; night shift may float at 11p; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; ratios 5:1 PCU and up to 6:1-7:1 MS; may work without CNA support 8.
