Cases: Adult patients with neurological conditions, neurosurgical recovery, stroke management, neuro-specific diagnoses, medical overflow, 24-hour epilepsy monitoring 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending licenses accepted only for single-state non-compact holders 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 6:45a-7:15p; weekend requirement (EOW or 6 weekends in 6-week block); floating required within clinical skillset 8. RTO: All requests must be included with submission; unit accommodates blocked scheduling 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year; after 365 days worked, no return allowed despite separation period 10. Travel/Local: 100+ miles required; 50-99.9 miles considered for one 13-week assignment with no extension; under 50 miles at lower rate with no extension 11. Background: Not specified 12.
