License: Active Virginia State or Compact RN license required; pending license accepted only if candidate holds single-state license from non-compact state 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: EPIC experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 6:45p-7:15a; 4x12 available by request; may be EOW or 6 weekend shifts in 6-week scheduling block 8. RTO: ALL requests must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Previous employees must be gone minimum one year before returning; facility does not allow travelers to return after working 365 days despite separation period 10. Travel/Local: Locals within 100 miles not accepted; 50-99.9 miles may be considered for one 13-week assignment with no extension; under 50 miles may be considered at lower bill rate with no extension 11.
