- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Sepsis, wound care, ETOH, SI, Renal Failure, AFIB, GIB, Stroke, COVID 3. Certifications: BLS and NIHSS required; ACLS preferred; must be AHA certified 4. License: Missouri or Compact License required; Kansas and Missouri or compact required for floating between facilities 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; 3 hours pre-start Epic modules; choice of Epic test out or Epic module 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; 8 weekend shifts every 6 weeks; holiday shifts as needed 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ requires approval, including holiday RTO) 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break required; permanent employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; no local travelers allowed except PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12.
