- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: ER- any patient type; some pediatric; separate area for psych 3. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH, PALS required. CPI and TNCC preferred. All RNs required to obtain ACLS by compliance deadline (except Behavioral Health, Case Manager & Outpatient) 4. License: MO or compact accepted for MO; IL license in hand required at submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 1:4 patient ratios; weekend coverage every 3rd (day shift every other weekend Saturday/Sunday, night shift Friday/Saturday or Saturday/Sunday); no on-call required; 36 hours per week for 3-12s 8. RTO: Max 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval, along with holiday RTO); no new RTO after submission; no RTO first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius; no local candidates accepted within 75 miles (except PCTs, CNAs, MAs) 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; required for RNs and LVs; must start within 1 week of signed contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13.
