- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: IMC/MS stepdown cardiology, cardiovascular surgery, and cardiothoracic surgery; 4:1 patient ratio experience required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, NIHSS required 4. License: Current valid license required; no license hits accepted; pending state license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, 19:00-7:30; floating required within scope and to sister facilities up to 75 miles; weekend coverage required (6 shifts within every 6-week schedule period) 8. RTO: Maximum 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO accepted 9. Returning Staff: Must have minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee; only 1 submittal allowed per traveler to all Integris campuses 10. Travel/Local: Must be greater than 75 miles from facility; locals not accepted; current driver's license and utility bill with matching address required 11. Background: Absolutely no license hits; immediate rejection if submitted with license hit 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; clinical modules non-billable, non-clinical modules billable; completed during orientation; recorded via facility report 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14.
