Certifications: BLS, ACLS, EKG Course/Telemetry test, and NIHSS required; must be submitted with application 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; valid Driver's License or state-issued ID required and must be included with submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7.
