- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required in specialty; must have experience working in an Adult Trauma/Surgical unit in a Level 1 facility 2. Cases: Adult trauma/surgical cases; ortho injuries, spinal injuries, massive wound care, traumatic brain injuries 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, TNCC required 4. License: Compact or KY State License required at submission; will not accept any licensure hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Not specified 7. Shifts/Call: Candidates will float within hospital or to affiliate hospital nearby 8. RTO: Must be presented at time of submission; any time off sent after offer will not be approved 9. Returning Staff: Gone for 6 months to return as traveler; must note if previously worked at facility for rehire eligibility check 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted within 100 miles for this specialty 11. Background: Must know at submission if previously worked at facility; rehire eligibility checked every Friday 12.
