- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Post cath patients 3. Certifications: BLS, NIHSS required 4. License: Kansas and Missouri or compact required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; 3 hours pre-start Epic modules required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights, 8 weekend shifts per contract, no on-call, floating required between departments/units/facilities 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ requires approval along with holiday RTO) 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year before returning as traveler 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 75-mile radius accepted 11.
