Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: Knees, hips, total joints, hand, shoulder, foot and ankle, trauma, oncology, complicated ortho cases; Med/surg experience required 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required; BSN preferred; must pass Relias EKG exam 4. License: MO or compact license (submit without license OK for MO); IL license in hand required at submittal; compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: BSN preferred 6. EMR: EPIC required; first-timers accepted only with EPIC experience 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; no on-call required; ratios 1:4-5 all shifts 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no RTO first week; no new RTO after submission 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No locals accepted; 75-mile radius rule 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Required for RNs; billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: Not required as specified 14. Scrubs: Navy scrubs 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - Medical/Religious Exemptions Only 16. Special Equipment: Trapeze, walker, traction, lifts, external fixation Critical: Must have IV start skills, interpretation/management of dysrhythmias required, Level-I Trauma experience preferred (2+ years), labs must be completed within 48-72 hours of signing.
