Cases: Surgical PCU (ENT neck dissections, mandibulectomy), Thoracic (esophagectomy, lobectomy, pneumonectomy), General Surgery (pancreatic, bowel/liver resections), Urology (urinary diversions, cystectomies, RPLND), Medical overflow; PCU or ICU experience preferred 3. Certifications: ACLS and BCLS/BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (implied by standard policy) 4. License: Indiana RN licenses NOT accepted effective 11/30/24 (exceptions: Periop/OR RNs, Allied, Ambulatory RNs, ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend required; consecutive weekends possible based on operational need; charge nurse responsibilities may be assigned with training; travelers must agree to possibility of precepting or being assigned students to shadow; refusal to float may result in contract termination; float to Med-Surg, PCU, or ICU as needed; call-in policy: 0.9 FTE must make up shift during pay period or shift added to end of contract; 1.2 FTE call-in shifts added to end of contract 8.
