- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: Oncology infusion cases; will float between Abbott Northwestern Hospital, Mercy Hospital, and United Hospital 3. Certifications: BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC) required; OCN, ONS/ONCC preferred; copies required at submission 4. License: Valid state license required; license in hand preferred, otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project at time offer is accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic/Excellian required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s (0800-1630); no on-call required; no weekend requirement 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days; two pre-approved time off periods 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100 mile radius; locals not accepted (candidates less than 100 miles redirected) 11. Background: Cannot proceed if open case; all hits reviewed during compliance process; fingerprinting required 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required (average 8 hours), $150 stipend provided; all onsite modules billable 13. Travel Experience: Required 14. Scrubs: Navy Blue 15.
