- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: MI, Post Cardiac Arrest, A. fib RVR, Sepsis, CHF exacerbation, HTN Emergency, DKA, S/P PCI, ablation 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; in-hand at time of submission 4. License: In-state license required and must be in hand at time of submission; pending licenses not accepted; effective 11/30/24, IN RN travelers not allowed at IU Health facilities (exceptions: Periop/OR RNs, Allied and Ambulatory RN travelers, ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner; experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 8 and 10 hr. shifts (40 hrs./week); 3x12 hr. shifts (36 hrs./week); 4x12 hr. shifts (48 hrs./week); float required to Med-Surg; weekend coverage required 8.
