Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; ICU experience required; travel experience preferred 2. Cases: Post cardiac cath, vascular procedures (fem-pop, CEA), NSTEMI, CIWA protocols, peritoneal dialysis, wound care 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS required; AHA only accepted 4. License: Valid SC License required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech experience preferred but not required (required for RRT positions) 7. Shifts/Call: EOW required; expect holidays and weekends in rotation 8. RTO: Minimal to no RTO; must be approved prior to assignment start; preferably no RTO in first weeks 9. Returning Staff: Must be gone 1 year and in good standing at departure 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius required; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Average 8 hours, non-billable, completed pre-start or during orientation, self-reported 13. Travel Experience: Preferred 14. Scrubs: Royal Blue and White 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions allowed 16. Special Equipment: BiPAP, Liberty PD machines, GE telepacks, non-titrating drips Critical: Must float across stepdown, ICU, and MS units. Patient ratios 1:4-5. 24-hour orientation on Wednesdays. High patient ratios and extensive floating required.
