- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Inpatient Acute Rehab experience required; Med/Surg nursing experience required; familiarity with FIM and CARE Tool measures preferred 2. Cases: Wound care, line insertion, blood and antibiotic administration; goal setting with patients, hourly rounding, bedside shift report 3. Certifications: BLS required; no additional certifications required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Meditech 5.6 7.
