Travel Nurse (RN) Psychiatric (Psych) Yakima, WA

$2,118 to $2,368 weekly

Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel RN – Adult Psych – 1 North

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12×3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend rotation: 2 weekends a month
No on call 

Requirements:

• WA or Compact License
• 1 year psych experience
• Skills required: psych assessments, de-escalation, experience with physical restraints
• BLS
• CPI or MOAB
• Additional MedSurg or acute care preferred

Other Details:

• EMR: Epic preferred
• Floating: Med Surg units or to act as a sitter 
• 1st time Traveler accepted
• Patient Types: schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar, major depressive disorder, suicidal ideation, dementia with behaviors, diabetes
• Scrub Color: any solid color; no graphics, logos, designs
• 226 bed non-profit community hospital with 30 Psych beds
