Travel Nurse (RN) Psychiatric (Psych) Yakima, WA

Epic Travel Staffing is
hiring a Travel RN - Adult Psych - 1 North

Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36hrs per week

Length: 13 weeks

Weekend rotation: 2 weekends a month
No on call

Requirements:

WA or Compact License
1 year psych experience
Skills required: psych assessments, de-escalation, experience with physical restraints
BLS
CPI or MOAB
Additional MedSurg or acute care preferred

Other Details:

EMR: Epic preferred
Floating: Med Surg units or to act as a sitter
1st time Traveler accepted
Patient Types: schizophrenia, schizoaffective, bipolar, major depressive disorder, suicidal ideation, dementia with behaviors, diabetes
Scrub Color: any solid color; no graphics, logos, designs
226 bed non-profit community hospital with 30 Psych beds
