- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: Geriatric and Inpatient work settings required; Care of patients with Bipolar Disorders, Degenerative disorders (Alzheimer's, ALS, Parkinson's), Depressive disorders, and Schizophrenia-spectrum disorders required; Geriatric Behavioral Health experience is a must 3. Certifications: BLS and MOAB required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; unit also uses Pyxis and SBAR 7. Shifts/Call: 4x12-hour nights, 18:45-07:15; 48 hours can be offered; 13-week contracts accepted; float required within skillset; every other weekend required; no call requirement 8. RTO: 7 days max for Aya Auto Offer; RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO on unit may result in cancellation and DNR 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals accepted; rate difference applies; first-time travelers accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: 24 hours of unit orientation 13.
