- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission (VMS job requirements also note 1 year, but narrative states 2 years) 2. Cases: High Risk L&D unit; OB Triage/Testing, LDR, Antepartum, C-Section, Cervical Cerclage, Hysterectomy, D&C; average 7 daily deliveries, up to 14 patients with inductions and high risk antepartum 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate, AWHONN Advanced required; must be in hand at submission 4. License: AK RN License required; must be able to complete AK RN license application within 48 hours of signing (including fingerprints, app fee, and application submittal); pending license accepted, but must have license in hand for Auto Offer 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience marked as required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights; most likely straight nights, but schedule may flip every 4 weeks if covering both days and nights; weekends every other; on-call not required; guaranteed 60 hours per 2 weeks with possibility of 1 shift called off per 2-week period; may float to like units if needed; block schedule not accommodated 8.
