- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: Geriatric and Inpatient work settings required; Care of patients with Bipolar Disorders, Degenerative disorders (Alzheimer's, ALS, Parkinson's), Depressive disorders, and Schizophrenia-spectrum disorders required; Geriatric Behavioral Health experience a must 3. Certifications: BLS and MOAB required 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred; unit systems include Pyxis, Epic, and SBAR 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour nights, 18:45-07:15; 36 or 48 hours can be offered; 13-week contracts accepted; no call requirement; float required within skillset; every other weekend required; ratios 1:8 days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days for AYA Auto Offer; RTO after booking is NOT allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO on unit could result in Cancel and DNR 9.
