- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1:12 patient ratio experience required 2. Cases: Pediatric psychiatric and behavioral health; preferred experience includes child/adolescents, eating disorders, forensic, geriatric, inpatient, locked unit, medical/psych, outpatient, residential/group home, substance use/chemical dependency; anxiety disorders, bipolar disorders, depressive disorders, psychotic disorders, schizophrenia-spectrum disorders, self-injurious behavior, suicidal behavior, PTSD, trauma-related disorders, and more 3. Certifications: BLS required; CPI or MANDT required (must have one at time of submission); MANDT, Trauma Informed Care Training, and Zero Suicide Training provided on-site if not currently certified; Missouri Children's Division background check required 4. License: Missouri RN license required; pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; charting system experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 13 weeks, 3x12-hour night shifts (7p-7:30a); weekend requirement — every Sunday night, every Friday night, or every other Friday night; no on-call required; no block schedule accommodation; no floating 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; only one pre-approved time off noted; guaranteed hours are 3 shifts per 13 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
