- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Level 1 Trauma Center experience required; all surgical services including Neuro, Ortho, PV, Thoracic, Urology, Gyn, Plastics, Intubated patients, and Peds; ICU/PCU experience preferred; care of ventilated patients required 3. Certifications: ACLS, PALS, and BLS/BCLS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: IN license or Compact license in hand, OR fingerprint application package submitted, required to apply; effective 11/30/24, IN RN travelers are not allowed at IU Health facilities EXCEPT Periop/OR RNs, Allied, and Ambulatory RN travelers (includes ENDO, IR RN, PACU, Cath Lab RN, SDS) 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s, 11a-11:30p; call is 12-24 hours per 6-week schedule block; 1 holiday shift required for any holiday that occurs during the contract; PACU is open and staffed 24/7 8.
