- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required; 1:12 patient ratio experience required 2. Cases: Pediatric psychiatric and behavioral health; includes Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar, eating disorders, substance use, psychotic disorders, self-injurious behavior, suicidal behavior, trauma-related disorders, and more 3. Certifications: BLS required; CPI or MANDT required (must have one at time of submission); MANDT restraint certification, Trauma Informed Care Training, and Zero Suicide Training required (provided on-site if not already certified); Missouri Children's Division Background Check required 4. License: Missouri RN license required; pending licenses not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic; preferred 7. Shifts/Call: No on-call required; no block schedule accommodation; weekend requirement — every Sunday shift, every Friday shift, or every other Friday shift; repeating 2-week schedule patterns provided 8. RTO: No more than 7 days; only one pre-approved time off period; guaranteed hours are 3 shifts per 13 weeks 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Locals not accepted; home address must be at least 75 miles from the facility 11.
