- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1-2 years minimum specialty experience in postpartum, antepartum, or LDRP unit required 2. Cases: Couplet care (high and low risk), high risk antepartum, gynecological overflow; strong Magnesium experience required; manages well newborns and at-risk newborns 35 weeks and greater; level 4 NICU and level 4 high risk L&D unit on site 3. Certifications: BLS required, NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate required; AWHONN Advanced preferred; Maternal Newborn Certification preferred; Inpatient Obstetric Certification preferred; IBCLC preferred; all certifications must be current 4. License: Oregon RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Nights, 19:00-07:30; no on-call required; weekend coverage required; 12 weekend shifts per contract; floating possible if candidate has labor skills; block scheduling; 24 orientation hours 8.
