- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; first-timers not accepted 2. Cases: Level 1 and Level 2 nursery setting experience required; must be comfortable with delivery to discharge; Level 2 experience includes phototherapy, antibiotics, opioid withdrawal, and bubble CPAP; Level III baby stabilization and transfer; some readmits up to 28 days 3. Certifications: BLS and NRP required; STABLE highly preferred; all certifications must be in hand prior to start 4. License: SC or Multi-State/Compact RN license required; must be in hand prior to start 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 nights, 7p-7a; every other weekend required; no call required but could change based on unit needs; facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks; float within women's area of facility if needed 8.
