- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; first-time travelers accepted 2. Cases: Antepartum, Postpartum, Gyn; preferred experience in larger sized facilities and Level 1 Trauma 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (copies required at submission per standard policy) 4. License: Pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Cerner preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Self-scheduling; block schedule not guaranteed; 3-4 weekend shifts per every 4-week schedule; no on-call required; float to Women's Special Care within scope; OT after 48 hours on contracts signed on or after 10/30/2025 8. RTO: Greater than 7 days needs approval 9. Returning Staff: 6-month break required after 4 consecutive assignments or reaching the one-year mark, whichever comes first; new contracts and extensions must be at least 10 weeks 10. Travel/Local: No locals within 75-100 miles noted (75 miles stated in local radius rule; 100 miles noted at top of notes) 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13. Guaranteed hours are contracted hours per week; facility may call off up to 3 times during a 13-week assignment. Parking is free. Orientation is 36 hours.
