- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 2 years required; ideally 2.5+ years in a large facility 2. Cases: PICU, Pediatric Stepdown, Pediatric patient mix; patient age groups include adolescents, infants, and pediatrics 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS required; NIHSS preferred; must confirm AHA or equivalent compliance per standard policy 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: Every other weekend and holiday required as applicable; will float to adolescents, pediatrics, PHOC, and NICU as needed; ratios vary based on acuity 8.
