- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required 2. Cases: ECMO program, CRRT, post-op heart, neurosurgery; unit sees all patients — no dedicated cardiothoracic or trauma unit; patient age groups include adolescents, adults, and pediatrics 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; must be in hand at time of submission 4. License: Ohio or Compact RN License required and must be in hand at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12-hour days; float required to any acute care units and NICU (travelers are first to float; will be accompanied if floated to NICU); may also be asked to float to Summa location in addition to Akron main campus — must confirm traveler is OK with this at submission 8.
