- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: PACU/Pre-Op/Phase 2 cases across main hospital and Day Surgery Center (2 locations); wide range of surgical specialties including cardiac, neuro/spine, ortho, vascular, plastics, urology, thoracic, and pediatric PACU 3. Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS required; NIHSS also listed 4. License: Pending license accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12s; shift times vary (0530-1800, 0700-1930, 0800-2030, 0930-2200, 1100-2330); no on-call required; clinician will float between main hospital and Day Surgery Center; no block scheduling; no weekend requirement 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius; locals not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Not specified 13.
