- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years of Oncology and Infusion experience required; must be within the last 3 years in the specialty being submitted to 2. Cases: IV, IM, SQ, HAI medications administered; patient diagnoses include hematology, oncology, non-oncology chronic conditions (neurology, GI, rheumatology), anemia, and geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS required (AHA only); ONS/ONCC (Chemo) certification required; OCN noted 4. License: RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Day/Evening shift, hours between 8:00am-8:00pm, Monday through Friday; no call required; travelers required to float as needed; patient ratio days 6, weekends 4 8.
