- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; prior Oncology/Infusion Outpatient experience required 2. Cases: Heme/Onc; 6 infusions plus 1-2 port draws daily; patient population is Adults and Geriatrics 3. Certifications: BLS and ONCC or ONS (Chemo certification) required; must be Oncology Certified 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; charting system experience marked as required 7.
