- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years minimum required for submission 2. Cases: GYN procedures including therapeutic abortions, robotic hysterectomies, hysterectomies (vaginal, abdominal, robotic, laparoscopic), laparoscopies, hysteroscopies, Novasure/Myosure, D&C, sacrocolpexy, pelvic work, bladder slings, cystoscopes, exploratory laparotomy, cold knife cones, LEEP procedures; NO oncology cases 3. Certifications: BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (implied by standard policy) 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 06:45-15:15, 8-hour days, Monday-Friday; 40 hours can be offered; call expectation approximately 1 time per week 5p-7a; weekend call possible if weekend staff is off; includes holiday rotation; may float to other surgical services areas 8. RTO: No RTO after booking; cannot be worked out onsite; call offs or additional RTO could result in cancellation and DNR; pre-approved time off: none 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
