Experience: 2 years of recent Operating Room experience required; do not screen applicants out of acute OR setting more than 6 months; will not consider applicants most recently in management roles 2. Cases: Must have strong experience in at least 2 of the top four specialties: Neuro/Neuro Spine (1st priority), Ortho/Ortho Spine (2nd priority), Vascular (3rd priority), Robotics (4th priority); additional specialties include Urology, Podiatry, Oncology GYN, and Misc (General, ENT, Plastics); 45 cases daily across 17 rooms 3. Certifications: BLS required (BCLS noted); scrub experience is a hard stop requirement 4. License: Not specified 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred; unit also uses PYXIS, SBAR, Staff Meetings, and Communication Board; Epic training is separate from the 36-hour orientation 7. Shifts/Call: 12-hour days, Mon-Fri rotating, 06:45-19:15; approximately 2-8 hour call shifts (11pm-7am) per six-week schedule; 1 twenty-four hour call shift on either Saturday or Sunday per eight-week schedule; 13-week contracts accepted 8. RTO: RTO after booking is not allowed and cannot be worked out onsite; call-offs or additional RTO on unit may result in cancellation and DNR; only two pre-approved time-off slots noted 9.
