- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission; previous OR circulating experience required; OR charge experience preferred; no first-time travelers 2. Cases: General, Ortho, Neuro, GYN, OB (C/S), ENT, Plastics, Vascular, Eyes; skills include Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Mako Surgical System, Hana Table, XLIF, C-sections, Total joint replacement, Trauma, and more 3. Certifications: BLS required 4. License: Valid WA or Compact RN license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required; charting system experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 8-hour variable shifts (07:00-15:30 or 11:30-19:30); on-call required — 1 weeknight per week, 1 weekend every 6 weeks; callback within 20 minutes; weekends are call only; 48-hour shifts not approved; on-call room available near facility if housing within 20 minutes is not possible 8. RTO: Must be listed at time of submittal; post-submission RTO will NOT be approved; inflexibility beyond contracted schedule may lead to termination and system DNR; pre-approved time off: one 9. Returning Staff: Return Providence staff must wait 3 months before submitting as traveler; must disclose any previous Providence facility work (permanent, travel, or registry/per-diem), including location and dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile local radius; locals accepted at lower rate; all travelers should be prepared to float within the facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
