Cases: General OR, Gyn, Robotics, Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Colon resection, Hernia repair inguinal/umbilical, Laparoscopic assisted procedures, Mastectomy, Thyroidectomy partial/total, Abdominal/Vaginal hysterectomy, Laparoscopic assisted gynecological procedures, Da Vinci Xi Surgical System, Gastrointestinal robotic surgery, Gynecologic robotic surgery, Gunshot/stab wounds, MVA (multiple injuries), Cardiothoracic, Vascular, Neuro/Spine, Orthopedic, ENT/Dental/Plastics/Maxillofacial, Cystoscopy/Urology, Pediatrics 3. Certifications: ACLS and BLS required; must be AHA or American Red Cross (assumed standard — not explicitly stated in notes, do not include) 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5.
