- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission 2. Cases: Must have extensive experience in Hepatobiliary, Whipple and Abdominal Organ transplant; proficient in complex Spine, ENT, Neuro, intrabdominal transplant 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS required for Barnes-Jewish Hospital location; all RNs must obtain ACLS by compliance deadline 4. License: MO (submit without license OK, requires MO or compact); IL (license in hand required at submittal); Compact must match permanent residence 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12, start times 0930-1100; on-call after shift until 0630 possible weekends, 45-minute response time; 5-6 call shifts per 6-week period 8. RTO: Maximum 7 days (7+ days requires manager approval); no new RTO after submission; no RTO first week of assignment 9. Returning Staff: 18 months with 3-month break in service required; permanent BJC/Saint Lukes employees must wait 1 year 10. Travel/Local: No local candidates within 75-mile radius; no local travelers except PCTs, CNAs, and MAs 11. Background: Not specified 12. Modules: Billable up to 16 hours at $20/hr; completed pre-start through WorkRamp; must start within 1 week of contract and complete 2 Fridays prior to start date 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted only with Neuro/Spine/ENT experience 14. Scrubs: Provided by hospital 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required - medical/religious exemptions only 16.
