- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3 years required for submission; first-time travelers not accepted 2. Cases: Diverse OR experience required — Ortho/Total Joint and Trauma, Neuro, GYN/Urology, Vascular, Thoracic; extensive list of surgical procedures including General OR, Bariatric, ENT, Spine, Plastics, Vascular, and more 3. Certifications: BLS required; CNOR noted; must have mandatory competency in phlebotomy and IV placement as required skills for all RNs 4. License: Pending license not accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 10-hour evening shifts primarily (1:00-11:30 PM); flexibility to other shifts expected with advance notice; call required; block scheduling — will try to accommodate but not guaranteed; 1:1 patient ratio days and nights 8.
