- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: Minimum 3 years required per director, no exceptions (director requirement); 1 year listed elsewhere in notes 2. Cases: Must be proficient in Ortho (total joints), General, and OB/C-Sections; additional skills include thoracic, laparoscopic, urological, spine, and endoscopic procedures 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; PALS preferred per unit notes; copies not required for submittal 4. License: License in hand or compact required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Charting system experience required; no specific system required 7. Shifts/Call: Monday-Friday 06:30-15:00; call every 5th or 6th weekend and one day during the week 8. RTO: Two pre-approved time off slots available 9. Returning Staff: No specified return staff policy in place 10. Travel/Local: No local mile radius limit; locals accepted at same rate 11.
