Requirements

- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years OR experience required; must have neuro, ortho, robotics, and liver transplant experience 2. Cases: Neuro, ortho, robotics, and liver transplant cases required 3. Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NRP preferred; Basic Dysrhythmia and moderate sedation course within last year; EKG/Dysrhythmia competency testing required during compliance 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted; absolutely no license hits 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: Tuesday-Friday schedule; on call one night/week 7p-7a; on call for holidays 11a-11p or 11p-11a; all caregivers required to take at least one Friday call shift 8. RTO: No more than 5 days per 13 weeks; no holiday RTO accepted 9. Returning Staff: Minimum 1 year separation from INTEGRIS as employee required; must include 2 supervisory references 10. Travel/Local: 75-mile radius rule; locals not accepted; must float to other areas including other Integris facilities up to 75 miles 11. Background: Work history gaps of 3+ months require explanation 12. Modules: 2-8 hours average; non-clinical hours billable, clinical hours non-billable; completed during orientation 13. Travel Experience: First-timers accepted 14. Scrubs: Not specified 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Required with medical/religious exemptions only 16.
