Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required; no first time travelers 2. Cases: Endoscopic vein harvesting required (hard stop); CVOR first assist (hard stop) 3. Certifications: BLS, ABSA or NBSTSA or NCCT, Either FA cert required 4. License: Valid LA License or Compact License due at submission; cannot accept pending 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic charting required 7. Shifts/Call: Call every third day Monday-Thursday 3:30pm-7am; weekend call every third week Friday 3:30p-7a, Saturday-Sunday 7a-7a; 2 call days per week 8. RTO: Not specified 9. Returning Staff: Perm staff must leave health system for 1 year before eligible to travel 10. Travel/Local: Can only submit to 1 campus at a time 11. Background: Any license hits must be disclosed at submission with personal statement 12.
