Certifications: AHA BLS required; ACLS and CNOR preferred; AHA certifications required 4. License: License in-hand required with submission; 100-mile travel requirement 5. Education: BSN required for international travelers 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 3 12s with every other weekend, or 7 on 7 off 12s; weekend coverage required; patient ratios 1:1 for days, nights, and weekends 8. RTO: RTO must be included with submission 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10. Travel/Local: Must live 100 miles from facility; local rule: not accepted 11. Background: Not specified 12.
