Cases: Circulating experience required in all surgical areas including craniotomies, laparoscopic cases, endovascular, general, ortho, neuro, GYN, urology, and robotics (CV Surgery excluded) 3. Certifications: AHA BLS and NIHSS required; must be in hand at time of submission (copies not required) 4. License: Active compact or TN license required at time of submission; SSN and DOB required at submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required within the last 12 months; must be clearly documented on profile including where utilized; candidates must pass Epic competency exam — only one attempt allowed, failure results in cancellation 7. Shifts/Call: 7a-7p x 3 per week M-F, plus weekend shift and/or call as needed (1-2 weekends per month); holidays and weekends required if needed; no block scheduling or special schedule requests accommodated 8. RTO: All RTO must be disclosed at time of submission; additional RTO will not be approved or considered after submission; only one pre-approved RTO 9. Returning Staff: Must indicate if candidate is a return traveler so staffing approval can be confirmed 10. Travel/Local: Local candidates accepted at the same rate as travelers 11.
