- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3-4 years of recent oncology experience required; 1 year of recent ambulatory care coordination experience required 2. Cases: Hematologic Malignancies (Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma, Transplant, CAR-T, TIL, DLI); Medical Oncology (Sarcoma, Head and Neck, Breast, Lung, GI/GU, Prostate, CNS); Adult and Pediatric Non-Oncology diagnosis requiring radiation treatment 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification OR completion of 36 cancer-related continuing education nursing contact hours each accreditation cycle per Commission on Cancer requirements 4. License: OR and WA RN license required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s, 0700-1730; variable work schedule and variable work location 8.
