- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 1 year required for submission 2. Cases: Adult medical oncology (GI, GU, Breast, Head and Neck, Neuro, Thoracic, Lymphoma, Leukemia), GYN oncology, and classic hematology (Sickle cell, anemia, factor 8, ITP); Bone Marrow Biopsy in clinic; GYN Onc procedures including paps, biopsy, colposcopy, and pelvic exams 3. Certifications: BLS required; all certifications required at time of submission unless otherwise specified 4. License: Active NJ or Compact license required at time of submission 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required; 4 hours of non-billable Epic training included in modules 7. Shifts/Call: Scheduling type listed as Other; candidates required to float within their skillset, no exceptions; ratios vary based on census and acuity; must be available to work 2 of 3 holidays 8. RTO: Less than 7 days of RTO with no holiday time off will be prioritized; screenshot of candidate confirming RTO and schedule requests required at submission; RTO requested after an offer will NOT be accommodated; no pre-approved time off 9.
