Requirements

- 1+ years of experience
- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required 2. Cases: All oncology diagnoses, GI/GU diagnoses needing infusion, OB fluids/nausea/vomiting regimens, research, migraine protocols, antibiotics 3. Certifications: BLS, Chemo Cert (ONS/ONCC); copies required at submission 4. License: License in hand preferred; otherwise must apply for MN license through Aya project at time offer is accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic (Excellian) required 7. Shifts/Call: 5x8s, 8-4:30pm M-F; no on-call required 8. RTO: Ideally no more than 5 days 9. Returning Staff: Traveler must be gone 3 months from last shift worked as permanent staff or per diem 10. Travel/Local: 100-mile radius; locals not accepted (exception for Radiology positions) 11. Background: Cannot proceed if there is an open case; all hits reviewed during compliance process 12. Modules: Pre-start modules required, average 8 hours, $150 stipend provided; all onsite modules billable 13. Travel Experience: Yes, required 14. Scrubs: Navy 15.
