- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 3-4 years of recent oncology experience required; 1 year of recent ambulatory care coordination experience required 2. Cases: Hematologic Malignancies (Leukemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma, Transplant, CAR-T, TIL, DLI); Medical Oncology (Sarcoma, Head and Neck, Breast, Lung, GI/GU, Prostate, CNS); Adult and Pediatric Non-Oncology diagnoses requiring radiation treatment 3. Certifications: BLS required; ACLS preferred; must have either current OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification OR completion of 36 cancer-related continuing education nursing contact hours per accreditation cycle per Commission on Cancer requirements 4.
