- Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years acute care BMT/Heme experience and chemotherapy administration experience required; facility may consider candidates with 1.5 years experience 2. Cases: Blood cancers; chemo/biotherapies; cellular therapies including stem cell transplants and CAR-T; patients receiving inpatient oncology care 3. Certifications: AHA BLS required; ONC cert (ONS/ONCC Chemo certification) required; copies required at submission 4. License: CO RN License or Compact RN License required 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience required 7. Shifts/Call: Rotating days/nights; various days; weekends required per unit needs; no on-call required; may float between BMT/Onc and CTU units and potentially to sister facilities within metro region; ratios 3-4:1 (may flex up) 8. RTO: Maximum 10 RTO days per 13-week contract; no blocked scheduling requests; RTO not allowed during the following periods (flexibility may be considered for harder-to-fill positions): June 28-July 9, 2026; September 2-12, 2026; October 25-November 4, 2026; November 22-December 2, 2026; December 20-January 3, 2027 9. Returning Staff: Candidates who completed a full year on assignment must not be rebooked for at least one year; candidates who applied to UCHealth internal travel or perm staff positions within the last two years will not be considered (DNU list); if previously employed by UCHealth or affiliates, must provide name used during employment 10. Travel/Local: Local bill rate is $85 if candidate lives less than 75 miles from facility 11. Background: Not specified 12.
