Shifts/Call: No on call; EOW required; block scheduling NOT allowed; patient ratio 1:2 (days and nights); float required within 5 hospitals (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL) based on needs 8. RTO: Must be submitted at time of submission; RTO after submission will not be accepted; 1 winter holiday and 1 summer holiday required 9.
