Cases: NICU Level 3; neonates including those under 29 weeks, 29-34 weeks, and 34+ weeks; diagnoses and procedures include Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome, Neonatal Sepsis, Hyperbilirubinemia, High Frequency Ventilation, Nitric Oxide, Oscillators, UAC/UVC management, Chest Tube management, and more 3. Certifications: BLS, NRP/NALS, and STABLE required 4. License: No pending state licenses accepted 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic required 7. Shifts/Call: 3x12 Days, 07:00-19:00; 5 weekend shifts per 6 weeks; facility sets the schedule; no block scheduling; floating within scope and to sister facilities if needed 8. RTO: No more than 5 days of RTO accepted; maximum of one pre-approved time off noted 9. Returning Staff: Not specified 10.
